I’m CECILE a French Swiss passionate Digital Compositor, LONDON based for several years.
I Hold an MA VFX specialised in compositing from the National Film and Television School, Beaconsfield UK.
I also hold a degree in Editing and Post Production.
I am working as a VFX compositor in London at TERRITORY STUDIO

I studied Editing and Post-production in France. Then, I moved to LONDON, where I studied VFX and compositing at the MetFilm School and the NFTS.
I’m a passionate digital compositor with experience in both live-action films, animation, commercials, TV and music videos. Have a look on my work and showreel.

My experience of studying, living and working in Europe and the UK made me highly adaptable.

I master a wide range of softwares to work in the VFX industry as a digital compositor or as a colour grader.
I’m ready to use Nuke, Maya, Mari, Adobe After Effects, Nuke Studio, 3DEqualizer, Flame, Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, AVID, EDUIS. FTrack, ShotGun. DaVinci Resolve, Nucoda, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office Suite in a demanding production environment.

Animation
Animation is a method in which pictures are manipulated to appear as moving images. In traditional animation, images are drawn or painted by hand on transparent celluloid sheets to be photographed and exhibited on film. Today, most animations are made with computer-generated imagery (CGI). More details here

They are those videos that show the difference between the final shot of the film and the VFX work.
Clean up
In VFX, this is the process of removing unwanted artifacts, reconstruct a background or digitally correct a render or composite of the shots.
Compositing or Digital compositing
It is the process of digitally assembling multiple images to make a final image, typically for print, motion pictures or screen display.
Compositor
This artist is making images by using the digital compositing tools.
Computer-generated imagery or CGI
Computer-generated imagery or CGI is the application of computer graphics to create or contribute to images in art, printed media, video games, films, television programs, shorts, commercials and videos. More details here
Editing
Film editing is both a creative and a technical part of the post-production process of filmmaking. More details here

This is a form of cinematography or videography that uses photography instead of animation. More details here

Paint
VFX Paint consit to remove unwanted artifacts, reconstruct a background or digitally correct a render.
Post-production
This is part of the process of filmmaking, video production, video production and photography. Post-production includes all stages of production occurring after shooting. More details here
Roto
Rotoscoping for VFX is used to create a matte or mask for an element, so it can be extracted out to place on a different background, masked out so colors can be changed, or any other set of reasons.
Stop Motion
Stop motion is an animated filmmaking technique in which objects are physically manipulated in small increments between individually photographed frames so that they will appear to exhibit independent motion or change when the series of frames is played back. More details here

A short or short film is any motion picture not long enough in running time to be considered a feature film. More details here

12th Battalion Productions
12th Battalion was created to develop new modes of staging and storytelling, creating serious works for the stage aspire to the status of art rather than just entertainment while providing audiences with visual and sonic experiences they have never before known.
